Margin Intelligence OS is a service of Structora, a Shopify operations consultancy based in Budapest, run by Stanley Mburu. Structora spends its days inside DTC brands' operations — catalogs, 3PL relationships, supplier invoices, ad accounts.
The pattern kept repeating: every brand knew its revenue to the dollar and its real margin not at all. The 3PL invoice lived in one inbox, supplier price changes in another, ad spend in two platforms that both claimed credit for the same orders. Nobody had connected them, so every audit found the same thing — at least one hero SKU quietly losing money on every order.
Margin Intelligence OS is that audit, turned into a system: a data pipeline that reconciles every cost against every order, a dashboard that stays current, and a weekly brief that says what to do about it. It runs today as a managed service for a small number of brands, and it's being built toward self-serve software.
How we work
Every number is traceable
If the dashboard says a SKU earns 22%, you can follow that number back to the orders, the COGS records, and the 3PL invoices it came from. No black boxes.
Verified beats real-time
A daily-refreshed number you can trust is worth more than a live one you can't. We validate inputs before they touch your margins — bad data produces wrong decisions.
