We plug into your Shopify, 3PL, and ad accounts — read-only, no code, set up in under a week. If your 3PL has no API, a monthly CSV export works fine. Supplier invoices come in as CSVs too.
Reconcile
We tie every cost to every order: unit COGS with price changes tracked over time, per-order fulfillment fees matched by tracking number, and the full cost of every return — refund, label, and lost product.
Decide
You get a live dashboard and a weekly brief that tell you exactly where margin is made, where it leaks, and what to do about it. Every number traces back to the raw orders behind it.
